The Maryland Online Tier II Reporting System (MOTTRS) will be unavailable from November 20th, 2008 - January 5th, 2009 for upgrades to the system.

As of January 2009, the updated system will accept reports for the 2008 reporting season. Your login ID will remain the same, but you will need your old password and login ID to reset your password. This information should have been sent to you when you registered with the system. As more information is available, it will posted on the MDE website .
